Hill Country Wine Symposium

The Texas wine industry’s annual gathering, run by Texas Hill Country Wineries: three days of seminars, panels and tastings across vineyard, winery and business tracks, with a trade show on the Tuesday and Wednesday. This is an industry event for growers, winemakers and tasting-room staff rather than a public tasting — the 2027 theme is “The Texas Wine Standard: Defining Excellence in Quality, Hospitality & Business”.
