2026 Grape Punch
Get into the middle of harvest at William Chris. Guests join the production team for a real punch down during fermentation, learning why grape skins are pushed back into the juice and what is happening as the 2026 vintage takes shape. Each session is limited to 40 people and includes a Grape Punch T-shirt made to leave with a few authentic grape stains.
